Why bother teling us that a number has gone from 4 to 5 without explaining what each number actually means, for all I know it could mean
1 - No danger
2 - Wear a face mask
3 - Stay indoors
4 - Evacuate to a safe distance
5 - Grow an extra arm
6 - Godzilla wakes from his slumber
7 - Real X-men are created
It's like a headline in the Daily Mail: Bird flu, How worried should I be? 7?
