We've decided to get rid of our cleaner after about 3 years. It's not as easy as it sounds, she lives at the bottom of our street and I see her most mornings when she's walking her dog.
We're partially doing it as we're both trying to save up, but we're mostly doing it as she's just rubbish. She's there for 2 hours a week which is plenty to keep on top of things but she struggles sometimes to even do that. That's what I'll keep in mind when I call her up this afternoon.
