We're off to some cabins near Dymchurch tomorrow after work. And the weather looks lovely. We went there last October half term, this time Shaheen's family have joined us. That temperature is about perfect for me. Tonbridge is about 5 degrees warmer. Urgh. Glad i'm not having to go into London next week.
... as an adult.
When I measured myself this morning I was down to 84.6kg! That's 11.3kg less than I was when I started recording my weight again in April 24. I used to track my weight back in 2009, all the way up to September 2018! That's over 1,500 data points! Not sure why I stopped. I like things like this. During that period My lightest was only 89.2kg. The heaviest was 97.6kg! Fuck me I must have been muscular... I'm now 13kgs lighter.

We finished off the original star wars trilogy today. They loved it.
Classic stance
Shaheen came down with his kids to watch the Black Sabbath final gig and it was a lot of fun. Some of the best bands and heavy metal musicians playing on one day. It was a shame I didn't get to go myself but the gig was great streamed at home.
It was my friend Markus' 50th birthday party on Sunday. He held it at his rowing club. My old boss Quentin was there too (not in photo) plus one of the good guys at Lloyd's Patrick.
It was good to see them.
My Lions jersey arrived yesterday. I think it looks pretty good. £70 though!
My office gets a fair amount of sunshine in the morning, the cat knows the best spot to sit.
