Back to work

 It should be quiet over the next couple of days which is nice.  My boss and other team member is off till after the new year but i'm still in as i'm due to be off for over 3 weeks when we head to Australia next year.

If I don't work I don't get paid.

I've finished the main part of what I need to do this week this morning.  If the computers had the correct resources (RAM) it would have taken 30mins to 1h.  It took me about 4 hours. It's what it is but is very frustrating.

Seafood for Christmas

We did a massive turkey last week so we decided to try something different for Christmas this year. Lovely. Ham and cheese for tea

Bank holiday walk

We took a walk around Haysden Lake today. Took a while with Arthur walking but it was nice to get some fresh air.

Bubbler issues

 We've had a few major issues with the Jukebox since it arrived back in September (ordered November 21). It was damaged on arrival which has now been fixed, but we've also had 3 or 4 software issues too. 

There's an IT guy remotely looking at it now but we're very close to having to send it back.

If it doesn't work, it doesn't work. And £9k is a lot of money sitting there blowing bubbles.

I'm off

 But only for 4 and a half days, then 2 and a half days off before another two and a half days of work.  I had to work a little this morning but that's all sorted now.  Mostly looking into how something was done last year more than actual work next week so will look forward to that.
