I bought a fancy set of bathroom scales back in January so that I could track my weight loss.
So far I have lost 14 grams! (Average weight in January compared to February). April's lost just over half a kilo.
I can't really complain, i've been to the gym twice this month and played rugby 3 times. Not the ideal regieme for weight loss. March will be better. My aim is to get below 14 stone before June but if I go by my current rate of loss i'll be below 14 stone by April 2042 and by that time April would be -22 stone I've got some work to do...
