I went to my first South African Braai on Saturday. As far as I can tell it's just a bbq said in an amusing South African accent. Inspired by this we had a couple of families over on Sunday evening for a bbq of our own. Other than cooking the food. We didn't stay out long. Bloody freezing. A little too optimistic.
I was supposed to play for the Badgers on Saturday but the opposition couldn't put out a side so had to cancel. Leigh found out that the game was cancelled and asked if I could play for them in a home game. I said yes and roped in a couple of others. I found out last night that the opposition canceled. Shame.
