So much reading

 I have to do so much reading in this new contract.  I can only describe the report writers that are in charge of the risk areas that I am looking at as 'keen'.

Finished the 5th Song of Fire and Ice book (Game of Thrones). Good books and great series. I hope he's got an idea as to how to finish them.

Now to pick a book from my mountain of books in my waiting list.

The smell of Reading

I sat opposite a guy on the train this morning and he spelt of Reading.  Not the place specifically, the festival.   He had a guitar case, ruck sack and sleeping bag and got off at Sevenoaks.  I wonder where he'd been or where he was going.  I hope it was home to have a bath.

Got up Had breakfast
Sat in the sun reading
Had lunch
Sat in the sun reading
Had dinner
Sat in the bar drinking

We ended up getting a late deal on an all inclusive place in Tenerife.  The weather was great and we hand a really nice relaxing time.

lovely quiet weekend

I've not really done anything this weekend. just a little bit of shopping, watching tv / football, listening to music, take away curry and a spot of reading. nice and relaxing.

This year I will be getting wet in St. Ives instead.

Excited about Reading

I'm in a really good mood this morning. I'm off from work for 4 days, the weather looks like it's going to hold and i'm off to Reading to see some of my favorite bands.

I'm off to Reading tomorrow

I'm really looking forward to tomorrow. Reading has a great line up this year and there are at least 10 bands that I want to see.

The only downside I can think of at this moment in time is the fact that one of my best mates (Ross) won't be there. It won't be the same without him and I will miss him. Even if he is a goofy bastard!
