Appraisal

 In other work related news I had my annual appraisal with my boss this morning and it went well.  He's writing it up now but it's meet expectations in all categories except a couple where he is going to grade me higher.

It's been years since my last appraisal, my last role was also an FTC but I didn't have to do one.  Seems a bit pointless.

Appraisal 2015

I had my annual appraisal this morning and all went well.  As expected, I got the standard score of 3/5 as in fully achieved.  Phew...

I'll have to wait another 2-3 months to find out how much i'll get in my bonus.  With any luck it'll be a bit more than last year.  We shall see.

Busy, busy, busy

I thought things would get a bit quieter here this week. Oh well. Better get to it then. My appraisal's on Wednesday so fingers crossed for that. Which reminds me, I'd better get a move on with my section of the appraisal.
