What a big chopper

 This is one of my presents from April.  A kindling maker.

I think i've had a fire on in the front room most nights since October and go through a fair amount of wood.  This will come in handy if I ever run out of kindling.

Spring clean

The pub on our street shut down last weekend. It's now getting turned into flats. Because that's exactly what Tonbridge needs.  Anyway, I think it's important that all streets in the UK should have their own pub so have reopened mine.

The wives of Tonbridge are having a girls night on Friday so I said I'd open the pub up for the husbands. It needed a bit of a clean as I've not really been up there since October last year.

Cleaned the bbq too as that hasn't been touched since August...

Plus tested the chiminea. It didn't need cleaning and is not broken. Just wanted to burn shit.

Sunday's work

We popped to the tip again on Sunday as we had loads of debris from the carpet removal. After that we went to our local car boot sale where we picked up a garden strimmer for £8.

After that we did a couple of hours in the garden followed by a bit of burning.

After all this deep thought

After all this deep thought what did I do? Find some more wood to burn.
