I managed to go to the gym this morning. After the previous game of rugby it took me till the Wednesday after before I could set foot inside a gym. I didn't do as much though as I was late as had to drop the kids off at their gymnastics class at 9 and got kicked out of the pool by some kids learning to scuba dive.

Gymnastics
Arthur went to a friend's gymnastics party on Sunday and as Flo's also friends with the party girl's brother she got asked to go along too. Here she is diving into a foam pit
