Waitrose soup update

 No more chunks, back to thin strands.  I reckon someone was fired over that!

I also made some leek and potato soup last weekend.  It was great but I made far too much of it.

Another week, another soup

 I made a chicken and vegetable soup on Saturday.  Pretty decent.  Loads left.

Stuck for a light something to eat on Sunday and decided to make this

 Another broccoli and stilton soup.  I added some asparagus too as it was on special.

I made my own Tom Yum soup a for lunch today

And it was largely a success.  A tweak here or there and I think I could pretty much have it nailed.

Can I have a sample of that soup please?

Idiot! I was waiting in a fairly big queue to get myself a sandwich from Eat today. The lady in front of me asked to try a sample of both the soups. Bloody hell! It's supposed to be fast food or at least in and out food. She didn't even move out of the way to let someone get served before her. Then she proceeded to pay by card. Idiot!
