Rugby game on Saturday

 I've got a game of rugby on Saturday.  It's for the badgers, a local barbarian side that i've played with a few times.  In preparation i've been able to go to their weekly summer touch rugby sessions for the past two weeks over in Hever.

Kids first day back at school

 It's been a long summer holiday, approx. 7.5 weeks!  Here they are outside our house on the way into school.  Flo's now in Prep / year 3 and Arthur stay's in pre-prep in year 1

 Large battle on Tuesday we fought a deranged treant and some woads inside a huge ancient tree.  

We still don't have hover boards but at least we now have hover dice

 It took a little while to get the hang of it but it works!  I now need to find another plug I can use in my office as i've had to unplug my desk light.  I had a look at how much it cost me and it was more than I remember.  I must have either been flush for some reason or very, very drunk!  £161.88!

Havet for lunch

 The kids last day of their summer holidays is today so they're home with me.  I'm still working so have done very little parenting.  The kids have been good so I took them out to our local Turkish for lunch.  Yum!

Pocket bacon

 We went for a greasy spoon on Saturday and April over ordered.  I said we can't through it away, i'll take it home and give it to the dog.  3 days later I find it in my pocket!  The dog didn't complain.

Edit:  It was in fact in my pocket for 8 days not 3!
