Black Friday

Jeez, it's tiring.  Recently the amount of actual spam i've received through my Hotmail account has dropped quite considerably, however it's been replaced by the desperate attempt by real companies trying to offload the shit that's been stagnating on their shelves with the pretense of it being part of a black Friday sale.

The same companies are still e-mailing me telling me about the black Monday sale.  FFS.  If I didn't buy anything on Friday, which I didn't, then unless you offer me another 30 / 40 % off then I probably won't buy on Monday.  In fact, as punishment I will unsubscribe to your mailing lists.

Here's a list of the worst culprits

Samsung
Austin Reed (no longer a live entity as all of their stores are now closing down, thier recievers are just trying to offload their old shite)
All Saints
Playstation

Ceilidh no. 2

We went to a friend's 40th birthday party on Saturday. The second Ceilidh of the year.  The second time I had to point blank refuse to get up and dance and despite them naming me individually in the opening speech and multiple times during the proceedings. This is quite frankly bullying.

Not that I would have got up anyway but I also have an excuse. My ankle is still injured from last Saturdays game so jumping up and down like an idiot would have only aggregated it.

Ba humbug.

April's new hair

We've found a huge vegetable market in Tonbridge

On the way to the vets on Saturday we finally decided to take a look at Tonbridge Saturday market. It's always looked quite pikey from the outside so we'd never been in our 8 years living in Tonbridge.

But what did we find (other that a lot of pikeys...) a huge vegetable market. Brilliant. And also a French cheese stall.

Biscuit must have been thirsty

Good luck

Just had a text from blood.co.uk telling me my blood had been issued to Basildon Hospital. Good luck!

A good line up on this week's Talking Dead

I need to find a new after work pub

It's not even December yet and the pre-Christmas drinkers are out in force. It's full of absolute wankers who think it's perfectly acceptable to drink their beers at the bar therefore blocking service to anyone else. Pricks.

Saphie is quite partial to a stroke

Quite a lovely station cat.

Welcome to hell

This is Weavering Rugby Club, or at least they use it for their changing rooms and after game beers.  The building was in the middle of a new estate on the outskirts of Maidstone.  I find it really strange that they have to protect their community sports facilities with high walls and barbed wire.  Such a shame.

The lads we played against were decent though so that's all that matters.

One thing's for sure though, I now know where to go in the event of a zombie apocalypse.

We won 52-11 by the way.
