Work docked my February pay last month as i'd taken the max sick days out in a year. I assumed they might but I think they should have told me. I've now asked to come in next Monday (a week early) but I need a fit for work note from my doctor. FFS! I'm tempted to just take the hit, but would lose another £1k+. If I go back to work, I only have 6 weeks left of the contract as i've got 2 weeks off on holiday over Easter.
