All going well, I think...
I'm breathing through my nose better and feel physically fine. I have an appointment tomorrow afternoon (late) where the surgeon will remove the plastic inserts in my nose and I think this will help a lot haig done a fair amount of googling around the subject.
Hopefully it's not too painful as i'm due to head out with the u10s coaches for a social at a local curry house. I think there are 20 of us. Good luck if you're stuck in the restaurant with us. These things can get messy.
