Wintry dog walk

 Although not quite winter it was certainly cold enough.  Tonbridge dropped to -1 last night.  It was beautiful though.

And managed to catch this.  2 swans showing their cygnets how to fly!

 Spotted this guy in central Tonbridge this morning whilst out walking the dog.  I also spotted a swan landing on the way home in virtually the same spot but didn't have my phone out so no picture.  Not the most elegant thing i've seen a swan do?  Not that i've seen it but pretty sure swan landing aren't in Swan Lake.

Lunchtime walk

 I took a lunchtime walk with Arwen this afternoon and it was lovely and warm.  There was a yellow weather warning for a storm but I think we missed it.

 We got soaked this morning.  Non stop rain.  Urgh.  I still did a good 11k steps though.

 Bit of a long soggy walk this morning.  The swan didn't like the dog coming over to say hello.

Same walk, but quicker

 I did the same walk with the dog this morning but got a march on.  I really enjoy it.  I get my steps in and get to listen to my backlog of podcasts.  The dog loves the run about too.

Tonbridge Swans

 Some of the local swans have had some more babies.  Here they are opposite the castle.

Just hitchin' a ride

 Spotted some more swans this morning on the walk with Arwen.  Poor swan.  i know the feeling, Flo often insists on getting the bear to carry her upstairs to bed.  I wonder how long i'll be able to do that.  Biggest worry is when Arthur starts to request it!

Rather rude swan

I was walking across a bridge with the dog yesterday when I heard a loud hissing sound.  One of these swans had taken offence with us.
