 Lucky me. April out with the kids this afternoon, so I have to fend for myself at lunch. I popped to the local butcher for some minty lamb chops.

Great breakfast

We stayed over in Shoreditch on Sunday night so on Monday morning we grabbed some breakfast. April had some form of duck hash, I had corn fritters with a side of black pudding. Yum. Still full now.

My first attempt at a lasagne

And it didn't turn out bad. Next time I will probably leave the bolognaise on for a little longer or grate the carot but I was too hungry to wait. I'd also add more cheese. You can never have enough cheese.
