We're going to see another house tonight. It's on the same street as one we really liked a few months back and looks very similar. We haven't been to see any houses for a while as there wasn't much point. We weren't getting an awful lot of interest on our place at the time and we had the wedding to think about too so we put that side of things on the back burner.
We've got a second viewing on our house this Saturday which is exciting. We were supposed to have one a few months back as they'd changed their mind about moving to Tonbridge. They found somewhere in Croyden of all places instead. This new couple sounds promising though. And to think we were thinking about pulling the house from the market until next year. Fingers crossed the weather's nice on Saturday to show it off in it's best light (just checked and it's due to rain). Bugger...

Tempted
My old flat in Putney is on the market
Tempted, to put a cheeky offer in but I don't really want to live in Putney as the commute was a bit of a pain, as you had to change trains halfway through your commute. Nice flat though, bbqs would have been awesome.

House Hunting
We've seen six houses / flats so far and about to see another two tonight. But after that we're going to give things a break for a while. We've had 3 people round our place but no offers as yet. This leaves us in a tricky position if we were to put an offer in on a new house. We wouldn't be in a strong position when putting in an offer as we're still in a chain and even if the offer was accepted we'd be in a weak position when we're selling as we'd then need to sell quick. Boo, why can't it be easy?

Migration
After a long time on Live Journal, I have decided to switch blogs. I am moving to Blogger. Live Journal is okay but I think there are better brands out there.

I have found a program that transfers ljs to blogspot (although only 50 a day, there's nearly 800 entries here so it'll take weeks).
Unfortunately comments are not transferred so if you want to see the witty comments you've made in the past you will have to trek back here.
