100m 1m51s, beating the previous record by 0.9s

500m 10m55s, beating the previous record by 6s

Still not intermediate level for 500m, 28 seconds off that.  If I keep it up though it's certainly in my sights.  I am better than the intermediate speed for 100m though! 6s better for a man of my age!  Even better when looking at 25m swims, i'm 1.4 seconds faster than advanced! 2.6s of elite for a 45 year old!  I'm going to blitz it tomorrow.  Don't expect the next 475m to break any records...

Not one to brag...

But another pool pb.  Best 100m swim 1m 55s.  Beat my previous record by a whole 1 second!  9 seconds off my best 500m swim though. I reckon if I concentrate on the 100m swim tomorrow I can smash it.  Don't expect much from the 500m result though.
