Here's the garden after the guys left

 Then there was a lot of wind and leaf fall and stupid dog damage and cat eating some of the grass.

Stupid cat

Josie stupidly got herself stuck outside the house on the top floor (you might need to zoom in).  Becky was staying over and had the window open as the room gets quite hot during the summer as it gets all day sun.  Josie decided to pop out after her top floor fall a couple of weeks ago.  Idiot.  She can't be 100% yet as she was unable to jump back in.  I managed to entice her close with a bowl of milk then grabbed her and pulled her back in.  The stupid cat realised that there was left over milk still outside tried to jump back out.  Luckily I managed to stop her and closed the window.  FFS!  She must have a death wish.

 

Why so expensive

I tried to get a data only sim for my new tablet but it looks like it's a lot more expensive that is worth it.

I was hoping to get something at $5-10 / month for 2gb or so but the cheapest I could get in the shops was around $40!  Why so expensive?  My fixed term mobile contract works out at around $24 a month and that has calls / texts and 5gb a month.  Ridiculous.

I think i'll just use my phone as a mobile hotspot instead.  The annoying this is that there is a constant notification that there is no sim in the bay.  It's not the end of the world I guess.

Fire hazard

Biscuit walked past a candle earlier and burnt some of her whiskers. She's now trying to set herself on fire by the open fire.

The Killing

Poppet's at it again, there was a dead mouse on the stairs when I went down this morning. Stupid cat!

I've gone and thrown out another bloody oyster card!!!

Argh!!! Another £20 or so.

I can claim them both back (minus the £3 deposit), but i'm going to look a right numbnuts!

One way to destroy secure documents is to use a shredder.

Another way is to set the building on fire.

Fire crews from Northampton dealing with major blaze

The crews were alerted to the blaze just before 2.45am and were still in attendance at 6.30am

Two fire crews from Northampton were today helping at the scene of a major blaze in neighbouring Bedfordshire.

An aerial turntable ladder and a pump crew from Moulton were assisting at a fire at Reisswolf, a company which specialises in the secure destruction of documents, in Chartmoor Road, Leighton Buzzard.

The crews were alerted to the blaze just before 2.45am and were still in attendance at 6.30am.
